Prospective new customers must complete the Wholesale Account Application Once approved, a customer log in and password for the website will be provided.

Wholesale accounts are approved on an individual basis. Creative Toy Company strives to provide as much access to our products as possible but also to maintain a balanced market at the same time.

Customers wishing to sell on Amazon, Walmart.com or any other website must state on which sites and under what name(s) they will be selling on those sites. We will not approve any Fulfilled By Amazon (FBA) accounts where Creative Toy Company ships orders directly to Amazon.

Orders placed through authorized Creative Toy Company sales representatives will be priced with standard pricing. Retailers are encouraged to work with the CTC sales representatives in their areas.

All orders must be paid within the payment terms to keep billing terms. Customers who violate the payment terms could be put on payment in advance terms until credit worthiness is re-established.

Orders that utilize periodic sales programs that include discounts, free freight allowances or discounted freight must be paid within payment terms to keep sales program terms. Late payments will be required to pay back discounts and/or freight on orders under those programs.

Creative Toy Company is not able to ship orders outside the US. All shipping addresses for orders must be within the US.

Minimum Order: $300 to each location.

Payment Terms: Initial Order terms are Credit Card. A 1.5% Monthly Finance Charge applies to past due accounts. A $30.00 Service Fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Backorders: Items not in stock will be backordered. All US Backorders under $200.00 will be canceled.

Returns & Claims: Creative Toy Company must be notified within 5 business days of delivery for any defective merchandise. Any claims made after the 5th day will not be considered. No unauthorized claims are accepted. No product may be returned without Creative Toy Company's Return Merchandise Authorization (click here for RMA). All applicable freight charges to and from Creative Toy Company for unauthorized returns will be the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.
