Product Description
Like a jewel in the beautiful setting of Italy's famous Amalfi coast, Positano looks peacefully down on an enchanting stretch of the Mediterranean which for generations has been the home of artists and literary figures. The artist Paul Klee (1879- 1940) described Positano as ‘the only place in the world conceived on a vertical rather than a horizontal axis. The view includes the iconic dome of the Church of Santa Maria Assunta. The image starts with building the buildings using the different colors of the structures and shapes of the buildings to place pieces.
The dome of the church also helps as well. The water and sky are often difficult in landscapes but the light reflecting from the sunset onto the water help break up that part of the image and the sky is broken up with the sunset into colors gradated so that part of the image can be sorted by color.
The finished puzzle is 27.2" x 19.7".
